Well, this will be my last night sleeping at home for a while, with any luck.  Weather tomorrow looks good so far.  Cold, but not wet.  It looks like the temperature will be between 40-45 most of the day for our ride.  The bike is packed and ready to go.  I'm just going to fill my water bottle, ride to the local gas station, and head over to Brian's house in the morning.  We're hoping to roll out from his house before 7:30am.  We've both been excited and nervous about this thing finally happening.  We have both done things to prepare for the trip, but we both are realistic enough to know that surprises always happen on a road trip.  Right now, the weather looks dry for the first 2 days, and probably sporadic rain on day 3, which is our first day of riding a route that isn't just getting us there.  The rain suits will certain get tested.  I'll post more tomorrow......
